Rental agreement

By booking Roatan Casa Martina, you agree to these house rules and terms. You are renting a private apartment at Camp Bay Estates, House 16, Camp Bay, Roatan, Islas de la Bahía, Honduras. The apartment is rented to one group at a time — maximum 6 guests.

Check-in & check-out

• Check-in from 3:00 PM
• Check-out by 11:00 AM
• Personal welcome on arrival; your hosts are available anytime. A key lockbox is available as backup
• Minimum stay: 2 nights

House rules

• No pets
• No smoking inside the apartment
• Children are welcome
• No large parties — quiet, relaxed stays only
• Quiet hours from 10:00 PM
• Respect neighbours' privacy
• Only registered guests may stay overnight

Cleaning

Final cleaning is included in the rental price. During your stay, guests keep the apartment tidy. Additional mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee on request.

Amenities & equipment

• Two kayaks are included (one outing per week); extra use may incur a fee
• Use pool, grill, and equipment responsibly
• Report any damage or malfunction immediately to your hosts

Cancellation policy

• 10% of the total booking amount is non-refundable once a reservation is confirmed
• Further refunds depend on how close the cancellation is to the arrival date
• No refund for early departure or change of plans after check-in
• Please book only when your travel dates are firm

Bookings made through Airbnb, Booking.com, or other platforms may also be subject to those platforms' cancellation policies.

Damage & security deposit

Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. A security deposit may be collected or held via your booking platform. Significant damage must be paid for by the guest. Contact us immediately if anything breaks during your stay.

Force majeure

In the event of government-declared emergencies (including hurricanes or other extreme weather), applicable platform policies or direct booking terms apply. We follow standard force majeure guidelines.

Liability

Guests use the property, pool, kayaks, and amenities at their own risk. Owners are not liable for loss, injury, or theft except where required by applicable law.
